Damn I've got exactly the same issue. Inclines are fine but flat bench that shyt hurts like a mf. Guess I'll go see an orthopedic specialist.

rest, stretch, and cayenne peppers to the area. I was healed in a week. Now before every workout I do a quick shoulder workout, post workout I hit the area with ice then cayenne pepper paste and I'm good to goguess I can join the club. sucks so bad cuz I ignored it initially, thinking I just slept on my arm wrong.

I highly recommend y'all constantly pray to Allaah as this could dramatically effect your health, stregnth, lifespan, etc.
Just pray to Allaah (the One True God) for anything beneficial for yourself in this life AND the afterlife. Pray constantly to Allaah (without intermediaries or partners of course) until you die to attain the most benefit.where do I start

wasn't really my form, it was the massive amount of reps I was doing. I think I had done 400+ in two days. EIt's your form. You're using your shoulder's/delts way more than you have to, most likely triceps as well. Common benching mistake a also a common way of fukking your shoulders.
When you bench, try pinching your shoulder blades together while trying to pull your arms together at the same time while lifting. You will use more chest that way. You're welcome.
