ive been burnt out the last year. ive sparingly watched ppvs but mostly skipped raw/smackdown up until the last month ive started to try to keep up because i needed to see Joe vs Lesnar and Roman vs Braun.

i think i just need to start watching more indie stuff.

I've been watching less and less since 2016, finally quit watching altogether this year and only came back for Mania and the recent PPV because Joe/Brock was a match I was intrigued by.

I actually like some of the stuff their doing, the Brock/Joe/Roman/Braun dynamic is great and I'm interested to see if Kurt wrestles.. But I don't see myself sticking around much longer.

What do you do in place of watching wrestling?

Im pretty much there now

Haven't listened to Bruce Prichard's podcast in two weeks and still havent watched the new Cornette Timeline yet

Haven't watched RAW or Smack Down from last week and completely gave up on NXT until they have Takeovers

I did finally watch that Kurt Angle Homecoming special on the network tho

When football season finally arrives it completely takes a back seat and GOT start tomorrow so the ppvs finna be next day status until the season ends
thank god or dvr

i skim thru everything now. its fun to binge watch NXT to catch up

ppv tsc threads still GOAT though

currently going through it right now
I was once keeping up with TNA, ROH, NJPW, LU, and WWE at the same time and now i couldn't tell u the last time i watched a full show or PPV for any of them.

there are many wrestlers/promotions doing their thing and showing out but its not grabbing my attention like that. the segments that i watch from each of these programs and its :ehh: :manny:

im not the type of person to boast as if not watching wrestling makes me special....over the last year i just watch of less of it.

I LIVE IN A CARDBOARD BOX!
From 1996 to 2002 - if I missed an episode of RAW, Smackdown, Nitro or Thunder - I would be devastated and even disappointed in myself. Then toward the end of 2002 - I started losing interest in RAW. I read a review of the Katie Vick angle on a site was just like ":scust: I'm out. :hubie:" as far as RAW was concerned and kept to Smackdown. I missed so much of RAW between 2002 and 03. I finally got back into both shows in 04, mostly due to the WMXX build up on both shows, and watched (almost) every episode on a weekly basis until the end of 2012. I've gone through months without watching either show (like this year) and I'm just like ":manny: I'll see the highlights on TSC." I have started watching again, but we'll see how long that lasts. I'm almost betting that I'll lose interest after SummerSlam.

Been watching wrestling for 30+ years, never been burnt out or made the choice to just stop watching for an extended time. There are times I've gone maybe 4-6 weeks not watching, not because I was bored or burnt out, I was just too busy and not having the time to do so.

Is it wrestling as a whole or is it the WWE, that makes you stop watching and take breaks.

2002-2012. I missed a lot of great matches i had to go back and catch up on but the thing that got me back into wrestling was WWE 13. I got it for the attitude era part and then got legit interested in certain wrestlers(DB, Punk) and they were guys I remembered from the few times I checked in over the years(Cena who was completely different, and Orton).

It was always games that would get me back. Me and some friends went to the metro and got svr2006 and played the hell out that joint.

right now i only watch NXT, Lucha Underground, and the WWE ppvs. That's about my limit. I don't know how some of these dudes sit around watching every indie show plus NJPW/ROH etc...
