At what point did you know and what did you do to stop the burnout?

Around 2014. I just stopped and did other shyt. I felt like I just wasn't interested for a good while. And sometimes it be like that.
I just recently got back into wrestling after watching Omega-Okada. Since then, I've watched a lot. 80's NWA, attitude era, 90's All Japan etc. I'm going to take some time off now to just watch TV shows and read books.

I feel like every wrestling fan has a story about how they stopped watching for a bit lol

Can't say that I have personally. It's more of a downtime thing for me. If work is slow or I'm somewhere boring I may run a podcast, or a random match from NJPW World the WWE Network or I lurk/post on this board.

Nobody should be overloading on this shyt. As much as we love it this shyt isn't going anywhere. You can always go back and watch a match you missed live. Plus it's summer.....go outside and enjoy life.

A long period in 2009, when EVERYTHING in wrestling seemed to suck. But then Bryan and Nigel's final ROH match brought me back.

Yep. Numerous times, it doesn't mean that I leave it forever, it's just I need a break from it once in awhile.
I agree with both of these sentiments here. We're in the age where you don't have to watch shyt live. Plus I'm gonna be working a lot more. So I don't have as much time as I used to to sit around.
