If you are using Windows.

You have to restart Windows from the beginning menu when you turn on your computer. Try tapping F8.

I got windows 7..... Ok what next

Yeah, I caught this virus about a month ago. I was like wtf. Knew the sh*t was fake. Just system restore your pc and you're good breh. Took me less than 15mins to have my pc running again lol.

No offense, but you said you were browsing on your phone? lmao, you couldnt clearly tell it was fake? How long have you not been using your pc cause of this?

Try system restore first. If that don't work, then call the technical support of the company brand of your computer and ask them how to reinstall Windows for you.

Yes you got a virus. It's a real virus. Dudes trying to get you to pay. That's all. You show up on dude network everytime you boot up your pc. He then sees your IP, your laptop, what OS you have, the specs, your files (all of them) and folders, your screen (all you're doing). Then he can use you to DDOS sites, attack people, sell your info and sell your PC. Basically, you're a slave.


The message you get is him sending you things to scare you.


Do this:


RIght click your toolbar>>>>>Start Tasl Manager>>>>>Click on Processes.

restart your computer keep tapping f8 till you get to a menu with a bunch of options. choose safe mode with networking.

open your web browser go to www.malwarebytes.org download the free version run it and just follow the prompts and you should be good.

Actually taking the time that would be used to troubleshoot and fix the system could probably be better used backing up important data, properly partitioning the hard drive and reinstalling Windows if he has an install disk.... not sure of the severity of the virus but in some cases it takes more time and effort to remove it,...
