They give these real estate and construction companies all types of tax breaks and incentives to build them in the hundreds of millions.

Tax breaks is funding because it saves companies millions of dollars that otherwise would go into the government and fund other things.

Governments don't fund condos. Tax breaks don't equal funding. How is not getting money they never had stopping the government from taking caring of the infrastructure with the money they already have?

Don't understand economics brehettes. It creates a budget deficit and they are to make up for it by cutting funding in other areas or increasing taxes on theirs.

So according to you, the government shouldn't approve condos for which they will get property taxes forever and some taxes from companies because they could use money that isn't in the budget to fix infrastructure. Got it. Yeah you're a real economics expert. Lol
