The whole release schedule for Game Pass for the next 12 months is timed exclusives lmao. The Medium, Stalker 2, Scorn, etc are all timed exclusives too.

Point is both companies do this so how is MS going to point a finger at anyone when theyre the most egregious with it.

The fact is it got too expensive for them to keep doing it after their last console flopped and no one wanted to take money for exclusivity from them after they almost killed tomb raider again.

The turning point was the 360 because of a # of reasons one including it being vastly easier to develop for and porting to ps3 and PC. So why NOT take a exclusive deal for the system you gonna create on for and then have to clean up and port to on the other systems.

Microsoft have still yet to prove themselves in gaming. It’s been over 20 years and they’ve only managed to put out 3 successful franchises which are all well past their prime.

They’ve literally resorted to just buying games at this point. They’ve always been a wack developer which is why they’ve always lost every console generation and this isn’t gonna be any different.

Nah they're still doing it. The Medium, Stalker 2, Scorn, etc are all AAA timed exclusives. People just dont care cause they're lower profile games, and thats why people think they stopped after Tomb Raider.
