So how high is his ceiling really?

He's a future all star. Not sure about all NBA yet until I see some reliable go to moves or an elite handle. His jumper and athleticism is there but he doesnt have the skill level yet to use properly, but itll come.

Where Oladipo/DeRozen are right now is what I can see RJ being in 5 years. Good player whose an all-star but not quite in the elite top 10.

R.J. is a much much better player as a freshman than DeRozan and he has more positional value than Vic had his Jr year out of IU. I think Barrett is similar potential wise to Kobe

I said in 5 years hell be where Demar/Vic is now, not that thats his limit. Plus at the same age Kobe was a much more skilled player. RJ is a better athlete.

RJ needs to show me he can get his own shot before I start comparing him to Kobe.

No, Kobe wasn't much more skilled. Kobe had more skill but it's by a small margin, not nothing that noticable when you watch the tape. Not to mention Barrett had a much better body and is a superior finisher at the same age as Kobe. R.J. is an once in a generation SG prospect.

Attendance:

30. Hawks
29. Wolves
28. Pistons
8. Cavs

Cavs are doing fine
Hawks got the worst attendance in the NBA. We need a better Dominique

I would guess that may be because the Cavs season ticket holders probably renewed their tickets before Bron left. And attendence is usually tickets sold not people who actually showed up. Look the Cavs numbers to drop dramatically in seasons going forward....unless they get Zion

RJ hasnt shown us remotely close to type of perimeter and iso game Kobe had at that age.

I agree that RJ is a better finisher and athlete, but his skill level isnt where Kobes was. Hes behind and trying to catch up in that department. He may get there, but he isnt there yet.

This is one of those things where you know the other person doesn't know what the hell they are talking about and they are just thinking about said player in his prime. This is the prime example

Show me RJ Barrett handling the ball, passing and shooting like this

Kobe even had a shimmy turnaround jumper at age 18

Cleveland economy wasn’t affected this time around like before the city is totally different then it was when he first left. It was a dump but now we’re on a slow rise. And yes we getting a top 3 pick so suck dikk.

But you compared him to two players that can get their own shot
