He called Jason Collins to congratulate him on his "courage" (no mention of that cowardice he expressed by using his fiance of eight years as a beard) but seemingly nothing to someone who actually mustered up the courage to save someone. Correct me if I'm wrong though, maybe I just missed it. 
Probably not though as there are no political points to score and Ramsay is the type of black rabble Obama likes to distance himself from. I also read that Ramsay turned down the reward money and is giving it to the families, that's kind of fairy tale-ish so I take it with a grain of salt. But as far as Obama goes......
