I guess not, I liked Insidious 2 better than the 1st 1 and Conjuring 1 better than 2 but hey he keeps his Stories fresh.

Hopefully, he can bring success to Arthur.

Yeah he can lol. His name is on it to sell it because he's producing, just like spielberg's name is on stuff. If cats don't like Jurassic World or Jurassic park 3, they don't hold that against him. So why should Wan be any different

yeah i know his name is on there for publicity and to sell it but they have to agree to put their name on it. If that shyt does well some credit will be assigned to them on the low with them being involved even if their contribution was just producing. So to me if it's bad you can hold this L just the same, it might be a lower case l because it's just producing rather than directing and writing but you still gotta take some responsibility for the co-sign brehs.

Here's my issue with it: It completely nullifies the first movie. It explains things and makes them less scary and a sequel should never make the original movie more effective
