I say it all the time around other brothers and especially my family. I never say it around people of other races, and obviously, never at work or any professional or semi professional settings. Me and my family talking shyt or me and my boys talking shyt and saying it doesn't bother me. I hate when I hear young brothers use it with no discretion, everywhere.
