Mugen has been around for at least 10 years. Its a lot of work to set up, but im sure ppl have made it easier by now. Well worth the set up process though. I used to have hundreds of fighters and background/arenas.

Edit: good look too. Im about to get this Mugen crackin again when I get time

I made like 3 characters back in the day MUGEN was my introduction to programming.

MUGEN the GOAT engine, if only Elecbyte got off their ass and made a proper MUGEN online (there is an online MUGEN but it's obscure and barely anyone uses it)
