Jackie Chan, Van Damme and Steven Segal are all the same too. Especially Segal.
Most of your most successful (not necessarily critically acclaimed mind you) actors/actresses play the same character over and over and again. Arnold basically set the template for the Rock. and Rock is a much better actor.

Wasn't walking tall a bit more dramatic? I remember him being good in it. Right now he's and action hero I'm sure the more rangey roles will come later in his career. Let him get his $$$
