didn't read the link (on my phone) but you can do a KMS activation and then upgrade the windows media center and get a fully activated key... Exploit is only good till the end of January though

needed visio 2010 for 1 of my classes, just got the trial version and activated it with that program

I already got a tool to activate windows 7 ultimate that I been using for years. same for office 2010. but with office 2013 bout to drop, imma need a tool for that one. and hopefully they drop a simple tool for windows 8 as well.

man, I had previously used windows 8 in a older build, but this new shyt is kinda piff. I like it. I may even buy it. and it starts up really quick. I just hope all my programs are compatible if I were to upgrade, cuz I dont wanna have to set up all my stuff like itunes all over again.

so I had my wife drop that touch screen dell off at the lady's house who sent it over last week. she is gonna be 
when she sees that sweet windows 8 interface on there. it had windows 7, but I formatted the hard drive. and since it is a touch screen all in one pc, I figured she might as well get the windows 8 upgrade.
I know them apps, metro, and start screen might be intimidating as hell if you never seen it.
