i just opened up winrar and clicked the "how to buy" tab and it looks like a headache. there's a ton of steps u have to take. it's less work just to not pay.

Ron Dwight didn't create WinRAR. He had a licence to distribute/co-ordinate sales around the world. WinRAR was created in Russia or some shyt.
