You definitely exist but you don't experience. Big difference. Also if you'd like to read some good fiction on the subject

In my opinion we do live in the physical and our concious exists with or without being attached to the physical spectrum and that's what "living" is, experiencing the physical. I heard about the pattern recognition joint. I must admit I'm slipping on the reading. Gotta get back into it. My to read list is like over 100 books now and I've yet to read one.
