I really enjoyed his Stand Up.....

This show isn't good at all though, terrible concept and format for type of comedian he is...

Like someone mentioned, I think he would do much better in a sitcom type setting

Him and the dude on nbc that got the sitcom should switch
Carmichael should be doing skits and hannibal needs laugh tracks

Broad City type comedy set-up would suit him to a tee. Irreverent, off-beat, weird, and real - maybe built around his native Chicago. This programme seems forced and un-planned. Like he was given a show and put this format together in 10 days.

I'm watching for the first time on demand. I'm a fan. I seen him live at dave chappelle's show last summer and he was good. and he's from the chi. plus he's really good on braod city. I hope this show is good.

after reading thru this thread and watching about 10 minutes of the show, I'm fully convinced he'll be back on broad city next season :snoop:

Its terrible.

His standup stuff is just alright at best. He's great in a secondary role like Broad City or the Eric Andre Show (probably the funniest show on TV imo)
