I was living in Albuquerque new Mexico for a couple of months for work and before I went I thought I'd be the only black dude (which I was). But that had to be the friendliest place I've been to, and I lived in Nashville. Santa Fe was racist to me though

I've been to Oregon a few times and never felt LESS racism in my life.

Me and my cousin still talk about it. It's like we were driving thru these lil po dunk country towns and the ppl were all nice as hell. We never got the "look, there's black ppl" stare or the "what are they doing around here" look. Co-sign on phoenix. I was there for 3 years and loved it. There is a pretty good black population there though (around central/van buren or that mall in tempe). Now albuquerque.... fukk that place.
