Has any company ruined more games than EA?

They fukked up NBA Street too. I used to play that and NFL Street more than the real simulation (Live/2K & Maddent) type games

In The Thunder and Rain
:leon: parrying is goat though

i used to make dudes so fukking mad by parrying their shyt :russ:

i played round 2 prob the most out of all of them though

still got that geto boys song drilled into my brain

I was good at that game, but I had to admit that parrying was foolish. That ish never happens in boxing were you knock a punch down and a boxer is standing there wide open like :sadcam: :sadcam: waiting like 4 seconds for that work.

They may have ruined their sports games, but they have published TOO MANY GEMS this gen:

Left 4 Dead
Mass Effect
Dead Space
Mirror's Edge
Battlefield
Burnout
NBA Jam
Need For Speed (w/ Criterion at the helm)
Family Game Night
Rock Band
The Orange Box
Brutal Legend
Portal
Dragon Age
Skate

They've redeemed themselves in my book.
They published L4D on the XBOX? I didn't know that.

BTW people are extremely hard on EA because they have been a top publisher for so long with a wide range of IPs. They sometimes stretch themselves way too thin and can see how some games suffer from being "EA'd to death" meaning rushed to meet its release date. Its really unfortunate, but I do agree with you that they have had a hand in too many good games this gen to start complaining about them now.

Still though, cancelling it was a bytch move. It was based on content, not game quality.
meh, you didn't miss much

You can download it and play it now if you wish :yeshrug:

The game I am most mad about being absolutely scrapped was Resident Evil 2 (1.5)

I actually played it a few years late, probably would have seemed a lot better back when it was new though.

The RE thing was def a bad one though, I'm surprised Capcom hasn't tried pushing some version of it out yet.

EA used to be the premier developer. They used to drop nothing but pure-unadulterated piff. I still remember when BF1942 first came out :lawd:

did they get bought out by someone or just lose their touch a little?

Nah they bought up a whole bunch of other developers and the result is that they lost quality control in the process

Google is in danger of going through the same exact thing if they keep acquiring everything and trying to become SkyNet
