Na, they got an easy way to restart it right now with the Ziggler storyline. He keeps claiming he’s the best inring worker in the biz, he could go to DB and demand it be brought back so he can win it and prove it. RAW could run a simultaneous tourney with the winners facing off at a dual brand PPV.

Have the tournament on the 5 hours of weekly TV and the championship on the PPV. With the roster spilt, you can even do things like a lumberjack match with folks from both shows as the lumberjacks.

I feel like if it gets brought back, it'll be through NXT. Trips loves himself a tournament.

If it comes back on main, they should do it as a weekly thing on television then have the finals on a PPV. Ideally, it would be cross brand (SD with one bracket, Raw with another), but it could also be limited to one show. Also, don't saddle the winner with another tired king gimmick. I think that killed it more than anything.
