Yes, because Weinstein was an actual producer with his hands(literally) in everything and everyone. He has POWER. He could get any women that gave his dikk attention on the covers of magazine, be the envy of peoples dreams and actually give them acting opportunites to grasp. This is some basic The Cool/The Game power for all those Lupe superfans Cosby had INFLUENCE, he could get most white women to come to his crib to discuss things, he might even put in a good word, but he could never cast or arrange a media campaign in the same stratosphere as Weinstein.

Still it is telling that Cosby is the world's most wanted man, public enemy numero uno but Weinstein is essentially allowed to be the hide and seek champion.

Cosby actually had someone file suit and press charges against him in a state that has no statue of limitations of rape. Nobody has done that yet (that I know of) for Harvey WeinStein. With that said it already sounds like there are rumblings of charges being filed in Cali.
