I was watching something on Al Capone earlier. One of the reasons why Al Capone and really, any other highly successful gangster or drug kingpin becomes powerful is because they’re able to use their millions and billions of dollars to bribe people in power.

Well when it’s a street criminal doing it, it’s “bribery”.

When it’s a business man doing it, it’s “lobbying”.

Yep I said it when Ed Buck was killing them black men in Cali. If you doing dirt and got money all you got to do is stuff money in politicians pockets and its a good chance it will take awhile to go to prison.

Stop it. The last time it was revealed a SC judge received gifts totaling 25k he had to resign. I can’t stand Republicans but nobody has topped this at all. I see your point though. Wait until they get to Brett Kavanaugh. Dude had his CC debts wiped, his mortgage paid off and bought a brand new house then he got nominated alledgedly . That’s insane to even type.

Republicans said those were irrelevant but Thomas is still a black man and he’s gonna learn the hard way.

Rumors are it’s Biden forcing him out 🤣🤣🤣
I’m sure if you look into all of those SC justices and their history or even basic courts. you’ll see that they’ve accepted gifts or lobbyist bread in some way, shape or form. Those type of things happen in the political and legal world and only a naive person would believe otherwise. You don’t get into those type of positions with clean hands.

They operate under a different set of circumstances than the average person and that’s been made clear on more than one occasion.

You get in those positions to get paid and not change the world otherwise you're hustling backwards.

White people pay to get things done. Meanwhile, we just ask, shout with signs, don’t vote, or tear stuff up. How’s that working out?

Nothing is gonna happen to him. He won't be on the bench much longer due to age/health though.

There needs to be some type of major address for corruption and outside influence in Washington. Not sure how you do that to the Supreme Court, given the Chief Justice doesn't give a fukk. However a lot can be done with congress. You should not be able to trade or sell stock while in congress, and if you're caught instructing a family member to make transactions on your behalf you should be heavily fined. AOC and Matt Gaetz introduced a bill to do this, we'll see if it gets passed. I doubt it.

That bill isn't going to go anywhere as Congress isn't going to pass anything that takes power out of their hands. It's hustling backwards. They won't even do anything about term limits even with someone current in the Senate that's been rumored to have dementia for a while now.
