to the threadstarter. if i remember correctly, you're a programmer. u goto redefine your definition of hard work and stop putting ur all into making someone else (your boss) like u in hopes of getting a promotion. focus on starting a business. do something u love. then hardwork will be just as easy as playing ur most favorite sport.
