Tackles get paid more than Guards.

And if anything, this only helps his case at the negotiation table. He still has All Pro RG respect by all 32 teams and that won't disappear just because he plays decent at RT for a few games.
And if he plays well at RT for a few games...

Forwards move around all the time in hockey. And soccer. Bron and KD will play 4 different positions in the same game. Shohei Ohtani out here doing both.

The fan in me wants Zack to play RT. But in Zacks mind that’s a more demanding position and that position pays more. And again he got hurt playing RT last season. Zack looking at the front office like damn “you guys did not learn shyt from last season”

I see both sides but the front office needs to do a better job at getting quality backups on the OL considering how often the guys we have get injured and the franchise qb coming off a major injury.

I mean every week I watch football I see some guy who is a guard playing at tackle or some guy who was a guard playing center cause somebody was out...so not sure why Zach won't play tackle...

It just goes to show the lack of respect the players have for the coaching staff and ownership where Martin even feels comfortable saying nah I'm not going to do that...
