So because white people tried to steal Ancient Egypt, your solution is to make black people feel embarrassed for trying to claim it :childplease:

And like I said, Egypt has 5,000 years of history. Nile Valley civilizations even further. There are no other empires in Africa that date back that far. None. Nothing pops up in West/Central/South Africa until well after the death of Christ. We supposed to stop talking about our oldest civilization because white people focus on it too much :aicmon:
You're trying to claim a place you have no connections to. I don't descend from Ancient Egyptians, neither does any African American. :why:

You sound like a Eurocentrist right now. People from Central, West and Southern Africa cluster with King Tut and his family. Explain why their blood is in our veins if we have no connection :comeon:

I'll stop talking about Egypt the moment white people from Northern/Western Europe stop talking about Rome and Greece :comeon:

Uhhhh, there were many migrations westward over time of ancient Egyptians. Many west Africans can trace their lineage to northeast Africa, from KMT and Nubia.

The dogon tribe from Mali is a great example of this. Many of their beliefs which had been passed down generation after generation by word of mouth have a lot of similarities to that of ancient Egypt.

Boy, you can't even trace your lineage to being brought here before the census.

How do you know? Especially when you take into account we are made up of different tribes.

If the continent is one(not hard to travel around), and people travel, why would you think for thousands of years people just stayed in one area? Our history doesn't start where we was picked up for slavery.

Do you honestly know how big Africa is ????? You could almost put 5 United States in Africa. Africa isn't one monolithic place. You don't see people from Ghana, Cameroon, Gambia, Somalia or any other african nation-state making claims to Ancient Egypt but you see African-Americans do it. Your ancestors came from West Africa b. They weren't doing funny dances in pyramids b. Probably hunting in the bush and living in huts and there's nothing wrong with that. that's a way of life for people, happy people.

I'm gonna have to find it, but there was evidence that ancient Egypt came from west Africans who migrated there.

Like my man wrote, AE was the mecca, like NYC is for America. That's where the big business was.

Off topic but, I was just thinking about the pyramids one day, and started thinking what if the pyramids had a spiritual significance meaning it really transformed man into something else. I thought of this because drumming is known to alter perception, and open us up to the spiritual world. Then I wondered if the pyramid was made to be a big speaker, and sure enough someone else thought about this, and their theory makes the most sense out of everything I heard about why pyramids were created. If our assumptions are true, I think something big was happening back then, and it may be some truth to pharoahs being reborn in other worlds. It sounds crazy, until you actually see people go into another world, and do crazy shyt while there. This is probably why pyramids are found all over the world. They were onto something big.

"But in that case, what was the real purpose of the so-called King's Chamber? Incredible as it seems, I believe it was the centre of the pyramid's amplifying sound system.

IT HAS been known for centuries that the King's Chamber has special acoustic properties. A Frenchman who visited the Great Pyramid in 1581 reported that when struck, the granite sarcophagus 'sounded like a bell'. Other travellers used the same phrase, and it became a favourite trick of the local Arab guides to hit the coffer and make it ring.

But it wasn't just the sarcophagus. Every transient sound, be it a murmur or a footstep, can make the room resonate in harmony throughout its 34ft length."

Listen to yourself. They had THOUSANDS of years to travel, it wasn't a one time thing. Just think of the out of Africa theory, how do you think those people got to Europe? They walked!

Walking is man's gift. We can walk for hundreds of miles off of very little food. And we can defend ourselves while doing it, this is big in the animal world.

Those people in Africa are just as lost as we are, you act like they weren't conquered as well.

You are stuck in how history is taught but if you just use your common sense you can see what we are taught makes no sense. How can we be taught man started somewhere in east Africa, then turn around and say our history starts in west Africa? These are contradictory statements.

Secondly, if my, and someone else's theory is correct, they were doing funny dances in pyramids. Pyramids were basically large speakers that were able to go deep in frequencies. It ma sound crazy, but once you learn how sound, and speakers work, it makes a lot of sense. Read my last post for the link.

I don't know why you want to project your blackness on Egypt. It's silly. Nobody walked from AE to West Africa. You're sounding about as silly as people who say nikka came from Negus. There's no evidence of a migration from Egypt to West Africa. Just be proud of the culture you have here. Leave that hotep shyt to the bushes. Your folks weren't kings and queens in africa, they were simple folks who lived comfortably.
