They told me the only people who join the army are people who failed everywhere else in life.
Word? Because everywhere I look when I get to my unit I see successful ass people. Not perfect people. Not angels and nikkas above the law...... Successful. With various stories of how and why they joined.
That's what I like.

i knew several people who were successful joining. i knew someone who had a degree who just wanted too join cuz he like they way the ran things
