Also, LGBTQ people and their advocates are some of the biggest bullies in social discourse. It's either you're all about LGBTQ rights or you're a terrible, close-minded person. There's no middle ground with them.

Let's be reality. It's never about celebrating heterosexuality, as much as it is about ridiculing homosexuality. And I have a feeling that this is what "heterosexual pride day" is all about. And I have a feeling that this thread will be spin into LBGT hatred thread.

Of course. We (heterosexuals) have not been historically oppressed, so this is the logical equivalent of cacs who are like, "let's have a White History Month/White Entertainment Television/etc etc."

You make no sense in trying to even draw parallels between the black community and the LGBTQ commuity.

Gays have the option/ability to hide their sexual preferences. Blacks do not have the ability that they're black.

Gays can and have become very powerful and economically strong. Blacks as a collective cannot.

Gays still discriminate against black people. Meanwhile blacks as a collective are too dumb to realize that we shouldn't align ourselves with gays or any other special interest groups, given our unique and elaborate history in America.
