Yes, it hasn't been officially announced that it has been canceled by ABC but it is almost a foregone conclusion that it won't be coming back. Sony the studio that produces the show is shopping it around to different networks like USA that was mentioned in the articles above. The hope is that some cable network will pick it up for a 4th season like TBS did with Cougar Town.

Last season ended with Alex and Dave getting back together, this one ended with them breaking up. Them continuing to get stuck in rooms, including the shower
