No, nothing has been made official. It's just a case of the writing being on the wall. The show moved to Tuesdays this season which lowered the ratings, no benefit of airing after Modern Family. Then they tried to double up on episodes by putting it on Sundays as well, which flopped. Now they are putting the show on the shelf until March and putting it on Fridays, which means the ratings are going to be lower than were they were getting on Tuesdays.
There is still a slight chance it might come back, if some kind of syndication deal between ABC and Sony can be worked out.
