Full Stan mode, nas music been my soundtrack for the last 20 years. I remember writing down the lyrics to It Ain't Hard To Tell just to memorize it, first song I memorized. In high school when me and my cuz was selling drugs we called ourselves Esco and Sosa. I didn't even realize Nas and Jay had issues but I never liked Jay so when the beef jumped off I was like "hell yeah". Stillmatic, Lost Tapes and Gods Son was the music that stayed in rotation during college. Streets Disciple, HHID, crazy joints. I just got back from Africa when Untitled dropped, crazy timing for my mind frame, then he followed it up with Distant Relatives, that's my shyt forever. Life Is Good, became my mantra, with a whole lot of bad shyt going on in my life I just kept saying "Life Is Good".
