it's a carribean island homie....

alot of carribean islands were still UNDER BRITISH and DUTCH colonial rule..

hell , my mother's island will only be 30 years old in 2013...

because ST KITTS/NEVIS just got thier indepence in 1983

The UK never respected nor wanted to see the island folk gain thier soverignty all they wanted the island people to be is sugar cane pickers and cabana boys (servents) for thier tourist ass

the sad thing is that all those 50 years of "independence" is now a MOCKERY

considering the huge debt of the IMF and World Bank has made Jamaica a subordinate once again to only the UK but foriegn bankers and entities as well..

also considering the fact that the Royal Monarchy of England has remphasised it's policy that all islands, countries and former colonies that are still part of the COMMONWEALTH of England if it retains the GOVERNER GENERAL administrative style that was instituted by the royal family centuries ago.......

which is evident considering that the first to begin the "hunt" for di real world boss Dudas was Scotland Yard which basically took over all investigative work from the Jamaican law enforcement units for thier incompetence and "corruption"

Just rewatched the "Life and Debt" doc again last night....just makeS me appreciate the resilience and fight of the Jamaican ppl that much more. it's been a tough 50 years....but things will get better. i have hope.
