It's actually weird to think Bret is 60. Past middle aged. TRULY one of the all time GOATS in North America, and I'd argue, the world.

When u think about it if it weren't for HitGOAT we wouldn't have even had the Attitude Era. After the steroid trial Bret spent much of his time making both Diesel and HBK. He brought both of them to greatness. Then he feuded with Stone Cold Steve Austin and put him over huge in '96 and into '97. Bret saw the talent that Austin had and wanted to do it.

THEN Bret also protected The Rock from the kliq because they was some hatin ass fakkits who was scared of the blue chipper.

In the meantime Bret formed the Hart Foundation stable and ushered in the era of attitude, profanity laced promos, intensity, crowds cheering bad guys, he was a fukking babyface in Canada, what a time.

Why you think him and Rock and Austin are friends to this day. They both respect HitGOAT to the fullest :hitgoat:
