Brady means more to the pats than AP does to the vikings.

its relative. the pats without brady are good team. Brady puts them at elite level and keeps them elite.

the vikings without AP are garbage team, with him they are avg/good team.

soooo - A guy that makes your team elite is much more important than a guy who make a shytty team avg - to good team.
