Just watched this for the first time. Very disappointing for such a stacked card. The opener was pretty good and Goldberg vs Sid was their most hyped match going in and it delivered. It was different from what I was expecting, but it was an exciting match. DDP vs Flair was alright too

A lot of the undercard stuff was really boring and the world title stuff was so stupid. Russo must’ve had a lot of goodwill around him at the time to get Hogan to agree to that right after his face turn, but it was a horrible idea.

People call Havoc 98 a disappointing show with its card, but this was worse. On paper this should've been great.
