"Pretty" ain't the end all be all.

Some women are like objectively beautiful/pretty but don't really elicit anything sexual or primal from you.

For example, in Boomerang, I would argue that Robin Givens, while not nearly as 'pretty' as Halle was had WAY more sex appeal. And not just because of how the characters were written. Even in some of her more sexy roles like the last boy scout, I just kinda couldn't buy her as a stripper.

Funny enough Halle Bailey seems to have the same effect. Halle Berry is like painting, nice to look at but I tottaly understand why some of these other women might be more compelling to some.

I don’t give a single fukk about Robin Givens outside of Boomerang. I’m going to push back on the bolded and say it definitely was because of how the characters were written. Robin did her damn thing in that movie and she gets 100% props for it. They did a great job with Halle too… You see who Marcus ended up with in the end right? Lol. Nah but Halle ran things in the 90’s, but we didn’t just have one chick out here… I won’t act like that. She was at the top though
