is monster ball good? i never seen it....all i ever hear about is the sex scene and nothing about the actual movie :dead:

I wonder if anyone ever asked halle berry about Jadakiss line in Why... or better yet why no one ever asked kiss about it... not saying they are in the same circles but they had to have crossed paths at some point... must've been awkward

halle is a mixed person who i legit didn't know was mixed until the 00's when i heard her talk about it in an interview. epitome of just looking like a LS/medium brown 2 black parent person.
Her and Tia & Tamara are the ones that shocked me when I found out they were mixed. Tia & Tamara (and Tajh) especially. But their mom is African/Bahamian so it makes more sense that the black features would be stronger than a typical AA/White person baby.

Those people, ADOS, like Frederick Douglass, Booker T. Washington, etc... are Black because they said they were and lived the Black experience. You, quite frankly, don't dictate a damn thing. You can't even dictate the next thought that runs through your confused mind, so surely, you not telling me shyt about what is and what is not.

You are not Black and definitely not ADOS, and you don't decide a damn thing in regards to my ancestors.
Lol this is nonsense.

There has never been 1 American black experience. Race, economics and color has always affected how people of African heritage has moved in this country. The Talented tenth existed for that reason because they thought they were better than than the poor southern dark negroes. Many communities like the creoles and other groups embraced a mixed identity and fought hard to not be seen as black. Even to this day there are “black” people who won’t marry a black person or a stereotypical black Person because it’s not culturally done for them. Stop trying to rewrite history to get an ego boost by dikk riding mixed people. It’s not that simple and it never was bro. You nikkas gonna learn about try to force people who don’t want to be like you to be like you. That’s the real low self esteem. The truth of the matter is for a long time being black was something to be ashamed of and many “black” people ran from it.

Stop getting emotional and learn to read before responding.

I am only talking about people who claimed Black. If they don't claim it, or never did, they aren't the ones I am referring to.

Nobody is emotional dude lol. You playing mental gymnastics like a lot of people here cause you feel that need like a lot of black people to claim mixed people. It’s a cultural thing we gotta kick.
