idk Haiti been under control by the US for over 100+ years off and on. the Haitian elites loyalty is the US and the US provide them protection

China and Russia voted to end the US proxy U.N military occupation during the 2017 UN vote but they was defeated by the other votes. they ask whats the purpose of this occupation and why is it still going (15 years and going)

China try do the invest deal with Haiti last year but US and the haiti puppet government got involved and said no while DR took the investment deal with china

In Haiti you dealing with the racist core groups (US, Canada, France, Spain, Brazil, Germany, Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General, the Special Representative of the Organization of American States, and European Union) and since the "earthquake" Israel

you need powerful allies ... that only leave china and Russia

the Haiti occupation had about 13+ latin america U.N military forces helping them with occupation. murdering, trafficking and raping Haitians. Thats not including the other southern asian, middle east, Africa, Canada, France and american military forces deployed in 2004

later in 2013 (or someting) South Korea got involved with UN occupation. one of the south Korean company with the help of the clinton took some holy land in north Haiti for cheap (the making of the sweatshop )

so yeah Haiti need strong allies. latin america is mostly US's right wing stooges
