just what we need. a non-black soldier killing a haitian or a black hawk down type situation with the added bonus of gang members posting videos of them eating said soldiers.

Sounds like Blinken was in Jamaica with some bags to see if CARICOM would get involved but I just don't think they have the capacity
Africa is an absolute mess right now and I honestly can't think of any country that could handle it militarily and then there are the logistics and language issues
