I am not amazed at anything, because cities & states are currently screwing up freeways to install cameras & HOV lanes to write tickets , raising property taxes for revenues , charging all kinds of outrageous permit fees to do something , installing speed traps under the guise of safety for revenues, courts are filled with people for traffic citations, writing code violations for revenues, keep raising DMV fees , insurance rates are out of control , water rates are out of control, electric and gas are out of control .
