So. I remember I used to see one in Concord a lot when I was working out there. shyt looked hella good so I decided to try it out. It was coo, slightly sloppy but it was good.

Went to the one on Broadway (DTO) a few time and that shyt was smackin...but I was noticing my sandwiches were get a tad sloppier each time. Not enough to deter me, but noticable.

So by this point I'm all in. I'm fw em. Signed up for the lil rewards shyt and everything. I go to Broadway, cop my sandwich and I'm tryna eat in the car. So while I'm eating, the cheese was kinda uneven and I wasn't getting it in every bite.

...So tell me why when I go to fix the cheese, I kinda flip the sandwich over and all I see is hella green spots on the bread! nikka I circled right back around, took that shyt back and showed them.

When I'm showing them the shyt, they like "yea, that's hella nasty" "damn that's all bad". So they ask if I want another sandwich lol. I said "man if y'all don't hurry up and gimme my money, I'ma knock everything off this mf counter"

So I get my money back, I unsubscribe from they rewards shyt, I even took the lil card out my wallet and threw it on the ground. I will not fw them no more!

Ike’s are all over California now. I think they had an issue of expanding too fast. I noticed within a year or two they were all over southern Cali only for a good amount of them to shut down because they are over priced and quality is not consistent.

been on a sandwich kick once a week for like the past 6 weeks, and i gotta say, sandwich and chips hits harder than a burger and fries. way more combinations - sandwiches got more veggies that taste good on them, more meat choices, can be hot or cold, and of course chips come in way more flavors...but what say you?

You don’t bake better than me. That said, burgers aren’t as versatile, but they make up for it in sheer flavor. Also fries can add chilli and cheese on them.
