KG’s legacy would be that of a midcarder who never got his time in the main event due to the era and territory he played in.

If KG doesn’t win that ring, we don’t look at Dirk’s as fondly as we do. When he dropped that Boston 3:16 says “Anything’s possible!” line, that really birthed the era of super teams we are familiar with a decade later. Had teams goin’ “These dudes really went from worst to first with no prior chemistry to speak of.:ohhh:
