Damn. Good luck with everything. I imagine this happen around ppl. One of my biggest fears is something like this happening when I'm by myself. I found my pops having a stroke as a kid. The image is still stuck in my head.

Yeah it was lifestyle related. Also after the fact theyb found out I had some other medical issues. And I was in good. I'm telling everyone just so you think more about your health brehs. I was technically brain dead and my left arm is still numb but I'm ALIVE. Celebrations are in order...new music incoming.

Damn bro, sorry to hear that. I'm glad you're doing better. That's scary. Health is most important. Part of the reason I turned Vegan 4+ years ago.

My doctor got me on high blood pressure pills he told me to cut all sugar,smoking,drinking soda and alcohol

Sugar causes stroke?

Sugar, red meat, salt, fried foods. Not to mention the weed we smoking now is not the weed they was smokin back in the day.And we usually wrap it in tobacco.

In my case as it was happening I don't remember having much pain.

But it was harsh on my body as I had seizures and several mini strokes . Once the body is broke down it takes a lot to bring it back

I get out the hospital on Thursday in he last week I made major strides.i could barely walk or talk when it happened. I'm now dressing myself and feeding myself

51 yes i was exersizing. Was in good health
