sigh….*unzips pants*
Went to The Smith downtown for brunch earlier today. Waited about 30 minutes for seating, which is whatever. But then they took 30 min to put our orders in. About 1.5 hours later we never received our food. They brought out a side of Mac and cheese then told us the rest of the food would need additional time 
one of my homies was slumped from a hangover and they came over to our table several times to wake him up…..mind you we barely seen them the rest of the time. We canceled the food and asked for the drink bill, and they charged us for the food we never received Told her to take it off since we’re no longer waiting and she disappears for ANOTHER 10 minutes 
I have the manager come over and explain that we’ve been waiting for about 2 hours at this point, what gives??? She explained that the kitchen is having issues…which doesn’t explain how parties came in AFTER us, ordered BEFORE us, and ate while we continued to wait. She comped everything and gave me her card, then asked what were the rest of our plans in DC. Told her we are literally leaving from here for Philly….shyt was awful and I’ve never experienced such incompetence!
