I had sleep paralysis earlier this summer... I actually made a thread on it 
but I ain't have none of this "demon sitting on me" shyt 
and why would you sleep on your stomach to PREVENT somethin like that??? that demon just gon take ya booty now

Word, it happens to me regardless of how I sleep. Never had a woman though. Every so often I'll hear whispering in my ear in a language I don't understand. Usually it's just a presence I know is there. The child was the first time I actually saw something
Always a white elderly woman with long silky white hair and long finger nails. I as sleeping on my side this time and I could see her but not her face but I knew it was a woman because of the long finger nails and long silky hair.

i use to get sleep paralysis all the time, when i was younger. But it be on satan type demon ish though. I thought i was about to become possessed by a demon and had to be exorcisted

sleep on your stomach or side. should reduce these experiences
happened to me quite a few times too. i'm able to look around the room and stuff but i'm physically unable to move my body. scary stuff

i always sleep on my stomach because of this. never had this problem.

and yea the latest S.P I had was 4 nights ago, it was an outer body experience at first, I was literally floating over my sleeping body. Someone was calling my name in like a loud whisper....I almost floated outside of my balcony then next thing I know, I'm in my bed with the witch sitting on top of me
it's not supposed to happen if you sleep on your stomach,

OP your too religious. Sleep paralysis is a state of being half sleep and half awake. Anything you see in this time your putting there via your thoughts and imagination.

I only experience it when I'm asleep on my stomach and when I do, I can't move my body, open my eyes, speak, or even hear.
I can feel something heavy sitting on me with their hands around my neck tapping their fingers on my neck while preventing me from breathing.
Some how, some way, I'll be trying to mumble the name of Jesus and it'll go away within several seconds.
