Met H.E.R. at her concert last night, told her she needs to do a collabo with D'Angelo, she absolutely lit up and said that would be a dream and it needs to come to fruition. Performance was top notch, from vocals, to her guitar and keys. Brought the house down and sounds exactly like she does on projects.

Most definitely! She busted out the Nothing Even Matters last night, place went nuts. I don't like standing hours in line for concerts, however she was worth it and I would do it again to see her again.
She's in Chicago tomorrow, I mentioned it to my wife and she was like get some tickets!
I looked up the tickets and she's charging 75 bucks a ticket. The venue is first come first serve for seats, plus it's on a Tuesday and we have a toddler we'd have to find somebody to watch on short noticed. We both assessed these factors and decided we'll catch her another time.

, eventually said fukk it, not sure when she'd be in Cleveland again. Was supposed to get in at 530, that got pushed back to 645. 2 openers, she hit the stage at 8pm, was done around 10. Picture session wrapped up around 11ish.

Fam, security took one look at my 7D/70-200mm f/2.8 L combo, immediately started asking about press/media credentials. Should have a sign, No Large Lens camera allowed. Didn't have any so back to the car it went. They were photogs too. They let me back in with no waiting tho. I need to find out next time early about press pass.
I don't mind rolling to these things dolo, done it before, every once in awhile I will bring a female with me. Be nice to be there with a s/o tho.
