agree with this, it would take much longer to continue bulking good mass than it would to just cut

bulking unless youre doing clean(which take alot more time) is gonna put on more fat

id just cut and be good to go by August(if youre diligent)

I'll probably start my cut at the end of this month and go through august. I've been on a pretty clean bulk since late last year. started at 175lbs i believe.

:snoop: I've only ever cut once, and it was horrible. Loss so much strength and muscle.

I would stick with your range and just work on refining the symmetry.

Any tips on this besides working out with DB's?

maybe that doesn't sound right, but i wasn't trying to be a smartass or nothing.

in real life and even online you know ppl associate how you look w/ how much you know and i just think you know a fair amount and wouldn't steer ppl wrong, so in that respect it would be a shame for people to not realize you know what you're talking about.

Many of the people in the fitness industry have cycled

Kevin Yoxall the strength coach at auburn is nationally renowned but isn't in prime condition either, as far as myself it's an ongoing process :mjpls: but I doubt I bulk to spliff/kooked size eitherway
