it's fukking awesome.. i was able to lift decently heavy..
will spend the next 2-3 weeks building around the same weight alternating between this, cable and free weights.. then when i feel like balancing muscles are strong enough.. jump up a plate
seeing i have a lot of 10lbs olympic weight (i have 8) i bought another 8 + the 5lbs (i have 8) i figured a total of 111lbs ech side..(hand 11lbs each)
