Let me add more, would you be intimidated by a law student? My close friend is on her 3rd year and is tired of guys giving her that look ... Or someone who is studying for her MCAT? In other words, someone who is career oriented and surrounds herself with other motivated individuals.

I know a lot of talented, educated and most importantly, attractive women. I don't see how being intelligent or successful is intimidating. If a woman is like a dime I could see how that's intimidating though. I made my post because this thread reminded me of all those Tyra shows when 300+ pound women were talking about "he's intimidated by my success". Sometimes it's not that they are intimidated. Maybe they just aren't interested.

I don't know if "intimidated" is the right word, but I tend to avoid women that already have (or appear to have) a bunch of dudes chasing them. Just seems like too much work to be competing with a bunch of other nyggas, I'm not thirsty like that.

I'll admit that I usually don't approach dimes for this reason though.

How about a woman that drives a better whip than you or even has a better paying job? Do you guys like a mysterious one who you simply can't understand but it drives you crazy n find out more about her?


I often hear about curves and I believe that every woman has curves... in her own way. but what if she's all that plus has a lot more going for herself such as her intellectual capacity to hold decent conversations/debates? Is it always about looks with you?

I guess it depends on what you mean by intimidate. Men generally aren't intimidated by women. Naturally, we are concerned in regard to her commitment, faithfulness (regardless of a man's ability to trust), behavior and what kind of a wife she would make. If she's alright in this regard, then all of what you mentioned will not matter.
