tbh the next woman he meet aint gonna be concerned that he did this. The result is all that matters to him (and to her if height is a dealbreaker for her)

I would be concerned about anyone breaking both their femurs to gain 2 inches of height. Women would do this as well so they could have a chance in the modeling industry.

I'd be wary of having to push him in a wheelchair in his 50s because his joints/hips give out or start hurting too much.
