Simple. As a self-professed street person, Gunna shouldn't have been on TV saying somebody did a crime. He really shouldn't have been on TV at all like that, but all he had to do was say "my cousin didn't do that and it was mistaken identity."

If the actual shooter is pointing the finger at Gunna's cuz, yeah Gunna's cuz can dispute it and proclaim his innocence. But Gunna can't be the one pointing fingers. Leave that for a mama or somebody not in the game. It never ceases to amaze me that people don't realize they don't have to talk to the news.

Believe it or not there are plenty of people who would go to jail for a crime they didn't commit instead of snitching or cooperating with the police at all. There are plenty of lost kids that would murder witnesses and innocent people before they told the police the truth that would exonerate their cousin and get a violent murderer off the streets. Call these people what you want, but obviously Gunna and his cousin are a different breed, which ain't a knock on them.
