And what is the problem with that?
That one form they fill out checks your criminal history, if you've had any mental issues or domestic violence charges and if you have charges pending.
Also what the people are buying are not "assault" rifles.

What more would you propose?
Adding to that, you could easily kill potentially dozens of people unintentionally by serving bad food from just one shift. It might be considered intentionally neglectful, but that can be argued

You can't unintentionally kill dozens of people with a rifle. However, Im not against requiring a mental health check prior to purchase and/or having to re-up on it every 6-12 months just for the safety of the general public. And social media posts should be included in background checks, which would make the process a couple days longer than instant clearance

You posted that smart dumb picture like it was saying something profound. You must agree with the pic since you posted in this thread.
the thread is about gun laws in your state. they're more lax than having a taco stand here. that's an observation, not something to agree/disagree on.
i can't help you with whatever crawled up your ass about it

I hate MD's gun laws. I can't wait to get the hell outta here. I hate that I have to wait a week after after they take my money to pick up a gun, I hate the 10 round magazine limit.

Maybe I'm tripping. I thought you posted that as an anti-gunner trying to play the "it's so easy to get an assault rifle but for a food license you have to jump through government hoops".

You can have mags larger than 10, you just have to cop them out of state.

Constitutional Carry:blessed: had my CCW for years anyway.
I mad, because i went through all that to my ccw last year, and i could've just waited. but at least it still makes purchasing a gun faster. My local gun store says if you have a permit they'll skip the background check. So you can be in a out as quickly as buying a loaf of bread.

Depending on what you did the training is worth it, I learned how to quick draw concealed and the muscle memory that goes with it was a valuable lesson. In my class we were all training to be sub 2 second draw, all black folks.

We didn't do any training on drawing our weapons. Just accuracy tests from different ranges.
We you on an indoor range? usually they don't allow you to do that indoors. Guns have to stay pointed down range at all times either in your hands or on the table.
